Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a full time in-house Marketing Specialist who is equal parts strategist and creator—someone who can independently drive marketing initiatives while ensuring cohesive brand communication across all internal and external channels. This is a role for a highly creative, self-motivated professional who knows how to take an idea, develop it into a comprehensive campaign, manage timelines and stakeholders, and deliver exceptional work on schedule. The ideal candidate is confident in managing multiple priorities, thoughtful in their storytelling, and comfortable both crafting content and shaping communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities: 

Strategic Campaign Development (30%) 

  • Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of integrated marketing campaigns across social, email, digital, and print channels 
  • Collaborate with leadership to align campaigns with business objectives and sales priorities 
  • Manage content calendars and timelines to ensure consistent and timely delivery 

External Communications (25%) 

  • Write and design high-quality newsletters, social posts, eblasts, product announcements, and blog content 
  • Collaborate with a digital design specialist to create visually compelling assets 
  • Maintain brand consistency and voice across all outward-facing platforms 

Internal Communications (10%) 

  • Establish and manage an internal communication cadence that keeps departments aligned with marketing initiatives, product launches, and events 
  • Support leadership in reinforcing culture, highlighting wins, and enhancing internal visibility of strategic goals 

Client Engagement & Portfolio Building (15%) 

  • Support sales by developing custom collateral and targeted content for key accounts 
  • Coordinate photography of completed projects and new team members
  • Work with clients and media partners to create testimonial content and case studies 

Content Creation & Curation (20%) 

  • Regularly source, write, and curate content from our product assortment to tell compelling stories tailored to our core client base (architects, designers, builders) 
  • Maintain a library of brand assets, project photography, and messaging templates 

Qualifications: 

  • 3–5 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or content development role 
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills with an ability to communicate clearly and effectively across platforms 
  • Proven ability to self-direct, prioritize, and execute multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment 
  • Detail-oriented with a high aesthetic standard and a strong sense of brand voice 
  • Familiarity with content and design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Monday.com, CRM platforms (Pipedrive a plus) 
  • Experience managing social media and email campaigns (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) 
  • Background in the design, architecture, or construction industry is a plus but not required
